Leila Al-Mutairi

Organ Donor

1983 — 2005

Leila was born in Kuwait and came to the United States in 1993. Since she was three years old Leila had always wanted to be a dentist. She was in school and was working with her dentist mentor when she was on her way to work and killed in a car accident. Leila was a giver and even after death she thought about others. She did this by being an organ donor. Leila's corneas were donated and we know that she would be very proud that during a very difficult time we respected her wishes.
