Organ Donor

1979 — 1995

Tiffany wanted to work for Greenpeace as a marine biologist to save baby seals. She was a rescuer who started by helping her friends and ended by saving four people through organ donation. Even though she was only 16, she had chosen to be an organ donor and had put in on her driver's license. Tiffany was a beautiful, happy person who made everyone smile. My favorite story about Tiffany is the day she was running track at school while the boys practiced football. The quarterback threw a bad pass and the coach yelled out, "you throw like a girl". Tiffany picked up the ball, threw a perfect spiral back to him and said, "you WISH he threw like a girl". I miss her so much and to Tiffany's recipients I would like to say: You have helped me through this journey of grief more than you will know.
